Payment. Full payment (or an approved invoice arrangement) is required to hold your seat. Access/attendance is not confirmed until payment is received or an invoice has been approved by PTSI.

Cancellations. Contact PTSI at info@ptsi.org or (315) 475-1386 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Certificates. You are responsible for submitting your certificate of completion to the relevant agency/employer, where required.
